Blaze is a playful and smart 3 year old husky, and has recently passed his AKC certification. He is protective of people and dogs that he cares for and seems to respond best to men. He will need a home with a strong and experienced male lead. Blaze loves to be outside and run and would do best with a family that could be very active with him. He does not do well in a kennel so will need a home with a flexible schedule for daytime potty and exercise breaks.
Blaze likes to play with other dogs as well but he does like to be the Alpha and can nip when he's playing. He is not suited to a home with small dogs, as he doesn't recognize limits when playing. He will be best suited to a home with a companion dog that is similar in size to him. Blaze has high energy but knows when it is time to lay down, relax, and his favorite is to get his behind scratched! Come meet this beautiful boy! He does require a fenced in yard and a home with no cats.
All of our pets need to be kept as indoor pets and we do require a home visit as part of the adoption process. Landlord (if applicable), vet and personal references will be called.
The adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, microchip and vaccinations.
