Here's what the humans have to say about me:
CHEWIE HAS BEEN ADOPTED!Chewie is a very handsome, gentle and easy-going 5-6 year old male Beagle/Coonhound mix in need of a new family. This adorable and well behaved fellow is right around 40 pounds, so a perfect medium size for urban dwelling, not too large and not too small! He was turned into an animal control facility with his littermate Londo (who's been adopted), when their owners divorced and neither partner could care for them after the separation. Chewie had been a loyal family companion his whole life and was sad and confused in the loud, stressful pound. We saw his sweet eyes and knew we had to get this boy back in a home! Chewie is now in a foster home in Chicago and he has proven himself to be a most excellent dog! He's friendly and gentle and has a easy, go-with-the-flow type personality. He's very well behaved in the home and is crate trained and housebroken and can be left with free run when alone. He's great with other dogs and loves nothing more than hanging out on the couch with is favorite people. Chewie will fit in to practically any household! For more information or for an application to meet Chewie, please emails palsplace1@hotmail.com. Chewie's adoption donation is $275. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and heartworm tested (neg).
•Chewie's adoption donation is $275. This donation helps to cover his neuter, initial vaccines, initial worming and microchip. Pal's Place relies solely on donations to care for the pets in our care. Your donation also helps save other animals like Chewie from euthanasia.
