Hobby's Story...
Born October 2010. Approx. 40 lbs. I'm Hobby, a seven years old boxer mix. I think I look pretty good for my age and I am in great shape! I really like people and just want a family to share some of those hugs and kisses that adopted dogs get from their forever families. I'm an active boy and would make a good running companion, but I'm also a great television buddy. I'll curl up with you make you feel like a million bucks!. Guess what, I am also awesome on leash! I can jump fences so you need a tall one and I need a family with no kitty cats.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hobby, a San Leon Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in San Leon, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in San Leon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Leon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Leon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Leon paves the way for another one to be saved.
