Meet Sam! This adorable 4-month-old chi/terrier mix is just the cutest little fluff ball. He has stumps for legs! Sam is super sweet and he absolutely adores other dogs! Sam is timid around new people and will need a confident dog in his forever to show him the ropes. He's just a baby that will fit well into any home looking to give him the love, structure and patience every puppy needs!
