Hello, I am Phil. I am a handsome cat, aren't I? I am white with orange markings and baby blue eyes. I am a large cat. I do not seem to mind dogs, but they do make me nervous. I do not mind other cats, I even enjoy the company. I have a sister named Lily, and we would prefer to live together. I have had a rough life and i'm just starting to trust and learn that people are nice. I am very shy, and it takes a lot of time for me to warm up to you. Once I realize you are friendly, I will let you rub my feet, chin, belly and head while I purr for you. I am a very sweet boy who would like to lay with you and have you pet me if you give me and my sister a chance. I used to be an outside cat, but I think its safer for me to stay indoors, so please do not let me out.
