Norah is a Papillon/Chihuahua mix approximately 2 years old. She is a pretty, feminine young dog with chestnut colored medium length fur. Norah is a petite size, weighing only 9 pounds full grown. She has a delicate white blaze on her chest and a sweet pinkish brown nose. Her eyes are a light forest green color. Norah is a quiet, gentle little dog who loves to cuddle and be with family. She enjoys a more serene, calm setting and is a lover of peace. Norah has excellent manners inside the home and is never any trouble. She knows how to use a doggie door and is housebroken. Norah mostly wants to be with her people, pampered and adored. She is happiest when she is with those she knows, nearby or in a lap. She likes to explore the yard and seems to be an easy keeper with very little in the way of demands. She will sometimes nose in for an extra bit of attention and cuddling and is overall a great companion. Norah gets along fine with other dogs her size but does not necessarily need another dog in the home to feel secure. She might play gently with a toy or two, but her claim to fame is sweet, warm snuggling. Norah was rescued from a high volume/high kill shelter where she was brought in stray. She is kind and friendly, although perhaps a little shy with strangers. Norah knows how to walk on leash and rides like a champ in the car. She is going to make an outstanding pet and companion for someone who wants a loyal, trusty furry friend that is an easy keeper. She really wants to be loved and have a special person to bond with. Norah is very healthy and ready for her new forever home today!
Norah’s adoption donation is $375 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). She will be SPAYED and has been MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is her collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of her records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Norah is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteers, Dorothy and Mike and is ready for her forever home.
