Trace, Ted, Timothy's Story...

Trace, Ted and Timothy are 12-week old adorable male tigers, friendly and curious.  Ted is the little silver tiger, the most outgoing of the three.  Trace and Timothy are gorgeous black and brown tigers; their black marks are in thick, dark streaks and swirls.  Trace's are a bit more well-defined than Timothy's; Timothy's black markings seem a bit more blurred at the edges.  All three are curious and playful, and enjoy cuddling, as long as it doesn't take too much away from playtime. The kittens have been neutered, microchipped, tested negative for FeLV/FIV and have received age-appropriate shots (they will need distemper boosters soon).

f you're interested in adopting one of the kittens, please stop by our Adoption Center at PetSmart, 10 Trader's Way, Salem, MA on Saturday or Sunday from 11-4.  You may also request an adoption application via email, that you can complete and submit for approval, by sending a message to adoptions@palsanimallifesavers.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Trace, Ted, Timothy, a Salem Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Salem, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Salem.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Salem already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Salem breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Salem paves the way for another one to be saved.
