Rajah's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, and not good with cats.

Rajah's Story...

Rajah is a 7-year old purebred Bengal, surrendered along with Nakita when his owner became ill.  His owner's wish is that Rajah and Nakita not be separated, and since Rajah is not fond of other cats, the pair will need to be the only pets in the home.  Rajah's coat is a sleek, soft, brown marble pattern, and he has the cutest underbite.  Rajah is active and inquisitive, enjoys being in high places, and craves human interaction.  The best home for this pair will include lots of playtime.

Rajah is neutered, microchipped, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, and is up-to-date on shots. When you adopt in August, you get valuable coupons for free dry food, and money off wet food, litter, toys, and other supplies you'll need.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rajah, a Salem Bengal cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bengal for sale in Salem, or seeking a Bengal cat from a breeder in Salem.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Salem already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Salem breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bengal breeders who help with Bengal rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Salem paves the way for another one to be saved.
