Phillie's Story...
Meet Phillie she was rescued from the high desert. She was found scared and hungry on a hot day... The temperature had been 120 all day. The person who found her took her home and asked us for help. She has been spayed, chipped, vaccinated, and beautifully groomed. She's a Maltese mix and she is in search of her forever home. If you're interested in adopting her or for more information please contact TO Rescue at 909-267-9715.
All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, current on shots, and de-wormed. Come meet our furry friends and see how wonderful and loving they are! The adoption fee is $250, which will go back into saving more animals from hoarding situations, dumps, abandonment, or just neglected. All adoption fees are 100% tax deductible.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Phillie, a Montclair Maltese/Poodle (Standard) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese/Poodle (Standard) for sale in Montclair, or seeking a Maltese/Poodle (Standard) dog from a breeder in Montclair.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Montclair already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Montclair breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese/Poodle (Standard) breeders who help with Maltese/Poodle (Standard) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Montclair paves the way for another one to be saved.
