Max's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Max's Story...
Max is looking for a new home (foster or adoptive at this point). One without children. He loves to play with other dogs, and has lived with a cat. Max is a super sweet boy, and has always lived with kids, but lately has felt overwhelmed with kids in his personal space. We would like him to go to an adult home, or one with teenage children. He is big goofy boy, with a lot of love to give. He is quite energetic and would love a doggy playmate or at least a decent sized yard to run around in.
Max is about 3 years old, neutered, micro-chipped and up to date on shots. He is a big goofy sweet heart and deserves another chance. He loves to run and play and chase balls. Has obedience training and listens well. Please help us out.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Max, a Barrie Boxer/Rottweiler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Rottweiler for sale in Barrie, or seeking a Boxer/Rottweiler dog from a breeder in Barrie.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Barrie already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Barrie breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Rottweiler breeders who help with Boxer/Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Barrie paves the way for another one to be saved.
