Andy is a darling three month old boy pulled from a high kill shelter in Texas just arrived to RI on July 5. We can't guess what he is mixed other than it being adorable....Andy does not look as if he is likely to mature past a medium side. Sweet, friendly, well adjusted and loves everyone :) Applications are available on the southpawsexpress.org website or by contacting Lucy at maramuser@gmail.com. His adoption fee will be $450.
