He does have a luxating patella but doesn't seem to bother him. You wouldn't know unless he is running; otherwise he uses his leg all the time. He also has a short trachea which causes him to snort and cough when he gets excited, keeping him calm is best.
Pablo is somewhat potty trained, however he still does have accidents from time to time. He is not a fan of cold weather and likes to have his jacket on 24/7. Pablo would prefer a home where he could burrow under the covers with his person.
Pablo would do best in an adult only dog savvy home, particularly someone who has experience with the Chihuahua breed.
