Chato is ready to go home with his forever family on one condition: his new house is well stocked with squishy toys.
Chato is low and solid - the perfect match for his enormous heart. He loves to be near you, but if you're not available, he's cool. He just takes his squishy toy and plays by himself, tossing it in the air and chasing after it. When Chato has had enough fun and he's through with the toy, he buries it so he can rediscover it later. Did we mention this boy is a character?
After the initial burst of exuberance of getting sprung from his kennel, Chato does very well on a leash, walking by your side, tuned into your cues. He will need someone to teach him the potty training routines of his forever home, but all in all, he's a smart, easy-peasy boy. With the free behavior assistance offered by APA, you can learn how to teach Chato all kinds of cool tricks, in addition to making him a well-mannered kiddo.
Does your life need some sunshine? Chato is ready to bring it!
I was taken off of the euthanasia list, so if you adopt me, you are saving not only me but also the dog tomorrow who could use my spot! If you have questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
