Facts about Neveah

  • Breed: Boston Terrier/Pit Bull Terrier Mix
  • Color: Brown/Chocolate - With White
  • Age: Puppy
  • Size: Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
  • Sex: Female
Neveah is a female 7 week old Boston Terrier/Pit mix puppy with all the outward appearances of a full blooded Boston terrier but the attitude of a pit. She is outgoing, playful, loving, affectionate and very loyal for only being 7 weeks. Very intelligent and easy to train Neveah has already learned how to sit, stop, no, lay down after being with us a few weeks. Her presence simply puts a smile on everyone face regardless of their mood. Truly a special girl Neveah deserves the be the center of her companions world just as they are to her.

Neveah was found by a young couple after returning home from work one afternoon. We were told the husband opened their door hearing a whimper but saw nothing in sight until he re-opened the door again and heard soft whimpers coming from under their steps. He checked and to his surprise there laid a small, emaciated, filthy and scared puppy he had never seen before. Knowing that renters in his area are not allowed to have any pets he still walked around asking if anyone knew who she belonged to or if anyone had seen her before in the area. Everyone told him that they had no information which left him in panic as he was afraid of getting into trouble with the landlord if seen with this puppy. Not wanting her to end up in a shelter since he recognized her breed as a Pit mix he instead posted free puppy ads on Facebook. Overwhelmed with hundreds of people fighting tooth and nail for her the husband was deciding on what he should do. As fate would have it one of the rescues board members saw his post and told him for her safety she needed to go with a rescue. Immediately he asked who she knew that could help and knowing we are always at capacity but called me anyway and after seeing this adorable girl in distress there was no turning her away. Within 30 minutes this sweet angel was safe in our arms and headed to start the first day of her new life. We could tell that she had not eaten in a while and that she was most likely sick from parasites or infections which were confirmed by our vet the next morning. Upon intake she was only 43 weeks old and weighed 3 lbs and would not have lasted but another few days out on her own. Neveah has received her initial routine vet care and examination including vaccinations which will continue and be complete before she is ready for adoption at 12 weeks. Neveah was given a unique name that took hours of thought and multiple recommendations before finally finding the perfect name. Neveah is the word "Heaven" misspelled backwards and she is our angel who god brought to us for help.

Neveah's adoption fee: $125.00 and will include both vet and vaccination records. She will have been fully vetted, spayed, given Rabies vaccine, dewormed, HW tested. Our K9 trainer will work with her on commands, obedience and routine schedules while we will ensure she is crate & kennel trained, house broken, socialized with cats, dogs and kids, temperament tested and healthy prior to being adopted out.

If you would like to inquire about a potential meet & greet with Neveah here at the rescue or want to know more about the adoption process please feel free to contact us.

About M&M's Fur-Ever Furbabies

About Our Rescue Group...

M&M's Fur-Ever Furbabies was founded in 2013 after I (Englishe Miller) moved from up North and saw what a huge overpopulation pet crisis the South has. Origionally myself & another partner had 15yrs combined experience in rescue/foster however we separated only 4 months in leaving myself.
I have a background in Medical, Phlebtomy and Vet Technician in addition to my rescue experience. We are a small rescue group with myself & husband as board members and children as helpers. We have a youth program that helps pre teens/teens learn pet responsibility, safety, and take them to our awareness events.
We started rescuing dogs (primarily Pit bulls/Pit Mixes) but after receiving 30 sick cats abandoned at our doors last summer and helping several special needs and disabled dogs we are known to rescue all animals especially the ones other groups chose to turn away.
M&M's is a state approved non profit and 501(c)(3) organization.
