Shadow's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Shadow's Story...
Shadow came to us from a young girl that had to get rid of her but didn't want to take her to the shelter. She was pregnant when we got her and after a week, she had 7 puppies! She has done really well with her foster family and is great with other dogs and loves kids! Her foster family does not have cats so we don't know how she will do with them. She's been very well mannered with puppies, small dogs, and large dogs. She is spayed, up to date on all vaccines and microchipped..

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Shadow, a Fort Worth Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Fort Worth, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Fort Worth.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Worth already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Worth breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Worth paves the way for another one to be saved.
