for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Flaco's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Flaco's Story...
Flaco is an adorable, loving, affectionate, smart, tall, skinny guy.
He was rescued from North Central Shelter along with his brother.
Flaco is very sensitive to new environments and meeting people so did not do well in a chaotic shelter/kennel environment. He's brother was adopted quickly from our adoption center. Poor Flaco would just shake in fear. He is now with a foster family and is doing fantastic.

He loves to be home with his family or out with his family. He has been great with all the dogs he has met. He likes to sleep in bed with you and is happiest being beside you.

He is now crate trained but will most likely experience some separation anxiety when you first take him home. It took him 2 weeks to acclimate with his foster.

Please visit our website www.labsandfriends.org and fill out an adoption application. Please forward your confirmation to claudia@labsandfriends.org with any questions and a speedy reply.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Flaco, a Burbank Jack Russell Terrier/Greyhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Greyhound for sale in Burbank, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Greyhound dog from a breeder in Burbank.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Burbank already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Burbank breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Greyhound breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Burbank paves the way for another one to be saved.
