Mason's initial reaction to a new environment has lost her previous homes since she has been in our rescue. That is why I named her Misunderstood Mason. Mason is extremely loving and very, very sweet. Her problem is that she is not the "PERFECT" cat. Mason is environmentally challenged....but that is not a bad thing. She just needs a patient adopter and time to get used to her new person and her new environment. She gets along fine with other cats and her previous foster home had a large dog. I would say that she needs a calm environment flourish. She will have to be confined to one room initially. Once she gets used to her new person you can let her venture out of that room and explore. And you are probably asking why would you want to go through all of this for a cat....BECAUSE Mason will make it so worth all the effort you put into her. She will love you to death.

If you are interested in meeting Mason, contact her foster mom Barb at 314-494-7826If you have any questions or would like to meet this pet, please email contact@stlpetrescue.com. About St. Louis Pet Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

St. Louis Pet Rescue is a non-profit rescue group focusing on saving pets from local animal control facilities and other neglect situations.

We do not have a facility. All of the pets we rescue are in loving foster homes. Foster homes provide love, care training, and, if needed, rehabilitation to the pets. This also allows the pet to be more adjusted when they enter their forever home since they are used to a home environment (versus a kennel at the pound).
