Apollo's Story...
NEW PHOTOS! Apollo wasn't sure he liked the 4th of July bandana or the camera, but did his best to impress you. What a people boy he is!!! Apollo came to the rescue in rough condition. He is healthy and happy and looking for a family that likes his breed. Apollo weight around 50# and is shorter in statue.
He is loving and sweet, and just needs a family that can spend time with him and understands his breed. I nicknamed him Wiggles--as he gets so excited to see us his entire body wiggles. He should be the only male dog n the household. He has some scarring on his face, but he is still a beautiful dog in looks and in spirit.. UPDATE: Apollo loves people--such a sweet boy. I am hoping to have a few snaps for Christmas!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Apollo, a Walthill Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Staffordshire Bull Terrier for sale in Walthill, or seeking a Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Walthill.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Walthill already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Walthill breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Staffordshire Bull Terrier breeders who help with Staffordshire Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Walthill paves the way for another one to be saved.
