Facts about Pinard-Check out my cool video

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Cream Or Ivory (Mostly)
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Male
  • Hair: Short
Pinard is a very quiet guy who is just happy to be somewhere with food, water and a comfy bed. He is 5 years old with a soft buff and white coat, which is very handsome to see and also soft to pet. He watches everyday as his buddies here at the shelter get adopted, and he wonders when it will be his turn. He looks at the door as it opens, hoping each time that it;s his special someone coming in to scoop him out of the shelter. This boy melts when you scratch around his ears, but he will let you know when it's time to take a break from the action. Pinard would flourish in a home without dogs, cats or young children, as he is definitely his own cat with his own schedule. That being said, Pinard seems to have taken to hanging out with one of thhe kittens here at the shelter. Her name is Meryl, and they enjoy spending time together and helping each other to get used to shelter life. Wouldn't it be great if these two kitties could be adopted together? Are you the family that can give him the time and understanding he needs to get used to you and your lifestyle? Check out his cool video and then come to visit him at the Manchester Animal Shelter. He is just waiting to be loved.

About Friends of Manchester Animal Shelter

About Our Shelter...

We believe all animals are deserving of life, respect and care. Our goal is zero-population-growth through spay/neuter programs and services that focus on education, medical care, fostering and adoption. Friends of Manchester Animal Shelter is a non-profit organization which started in 1996. The shelter takes in homeless, abused, and abandoned animals in the city of Manchester. We provide shelter, medical care, and spay/neuter to every animal that comes through our doors. In operation for nearly two decades, the shelter has helped provide care and find loving homes for over 20,000 animals.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Both dogs and cats and other pets we may have available for adoption can be met at the Friends of Manchester Animal Shelter at 490 Dunbarton Rd in Manchester.

We also rescue southern dogs several times a month. These dogs go into foster homes as they wait to be adopted. Applications can be filled out at the shelter at 490 Dunbarton Rd. Once approved a meeting will be set up.

We also have cats at PetSmart at 777 South Willow Street in Manchester NH. PetSmart Adoption hours are Monday - Friday 6-8 PM (except Wed) and weekends 1-3 PM. In addition we have cats at Petco in Manchester. You can meet them anytime during store hours, just ask for a manager.
