"Will you please take me home with you ?"
I came to Eleventh Hour Rescue with the name Barbski, though my foster mom calls me BB. I am a super loving Pitty-Lab mix who has had a rough few years. When they rescued me with my newest litter of pups, I was very sick.I'd been overbred and had infected mammary glands. I also had one paw that will never be perfect, though it definitely does not slow me down!! I spent a lot of time getting treatment at the vet's office before finding a foster home where I could rest my head.
I am reactive and nervous around other dogs, so I would need to be the only pup in the house. Though I may never be a dog park kind of pal, I love long walks around the neighborhood and do well on a leash with a harness, so curious that I sniff everything. I really enjoy playing in a big yard,do well with children, and will stand up to "hug"many of the new faces I meet. I love driving around in the car and am crate trained. My favorite spot is snuggling in your lap and chewing on my tough toys!!
Barbski is a sweet girl who weighs 47 pounds. If you'd like to meet her, please fill out an application and be sure to mention her name - BARBSKI SCAS!
