Summer is such a friendly dog, she gets along amazing with other dogs. She loves runs. And she know's her name already too. She knows what No means as well. She is also a great guard dog. She does bark at strangers but once she gets used to your face she's all good! She has never acted aggressively or vehemently. She loves to sleep in the kennel at night. But her personality is so beautiful and happy. She loves being chased in the backyard, she loves running, and she loves belly rubs. She likes to nibble on your hands and feet (a sign of affection) *cutest thing ever* she is potty trained and she has never had an incident inside. I named her Summer because she brought all the happiness and joy Summer brings every year.
She currently lives with 4 other dogs and two cats in a spacious backyard. Summer is not afraid of the rain and likes to play in the mud if she's outside. When she' s inside she's normally in the kennel if not she's relaxing on the ottoman. Like I explained above she is very gentle and sweet but she occasionally will bark at someone if they enter the house and she cant see them. But once she sees you and recognizes you or call her name she stops barking.
The adoption fee includes vaccinations, bordetella, deworming, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip. There is an additional $10.99 fee for Home Again for a lifetime registration of the microchip. If adopting a puppy, the rabies and spay/neuter will be done at the same time by our vet once they are 4 months old and billed to us. It is against the law in the State of Texas for a rescue not to be sterilized so we have to make sure it gets completed and that we have record of it.
