Lola's Story...
Lola is definitely been used for hunting. When we look at her we see a Walker Coon Hound. She puts her nose down immediately and wants to run. Lola appears to be around 4+ years of age, and has beautiful markings. She needs a family that enjoys running and is active, and doesn't have small dogs or cats as she is prey oriented. A farm or acreage would allow her to run and hunt and come home to the family that loves her.
We haven't had her long, so can only tell you, she came from a difficult situation, and needs some love, and attention. Call us at 402-846-5100 if interested in Lola

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lola, a Walthill Coonhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Coonhound for sale in Walthill, or seeking a Coonhound dog from a breeder in Walthill.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Walthill already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Walthill breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Coonhound breeders who help with Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Walthill paves the way for another one to be saved.
