My name is Morris. I am a very sweet, orange short hair male born in 2010 who was brought to the shelter because my owner could no longer afford to care for me. I lived with other cats and dogs in my original home and seemed to get along fine with everyone. I am a sensitive boy who can be very shy and stressed in new environments, so I need to take things VERY slow with new people and places. But, once I feel safe and learn to trust you, I LOVE to get and give lots of affection – in fact, if I roll over for a belly rub, you’ll know you have won my heart! I am typically submissive with other cats and have bonded with a few others here at the shelter, so it may be nice to have a feline friend or two in my new home too. If you have room in your heart and home for a gentle soul like me, please take time to know the real me!
Thank you for considering one of our pets!
