My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lexi and her brother and sister were born at the shelter on May 1 the day after their mom Lucy was dropped off. After recovering from the stress mom Lucy was an attentive mom and her 3 pups are doing well. Lexi is confident hound pup, playful and affectionate. She is up-to-date on puppy shots and will spayed and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $220.

All our dogs live in foster homes. Please contact the foster home email listed for more information and and an adoption application. Please note, our adoptions are not done on a first come first serve basis. We are looking for the best possible match for our dogs and reserve the right to select or refuse an application at our discretion. CAN is a 100% volunteer-based rescue and all our volunteers have jobs, families and dogs to take care of. Thank you for your patience and understanding if we don't get back to you immediately.
