Viva is a beautiful, calm, shy, easy going, quiet Black Lab. We learned about her recently after we found she has been in an shelter in Louisiana for 4 years, this poor girl! She is a special dog but has not seen much of the world and can be skiddish in new situations, though is working every single day to be more and more conditioned and doing fantastic. She bonds very easily but mostly with women as she can be fearful of men. She does amazing in any situation with a strong leader who does not harbor her fears when she gets them. She needs a special foster or forever home that will continue to boost her confidence and socialization. She is a very sweet soul and does well with other calm dogs. She is very healthy and tends to bind very fast, we thinks she's about 6 to 7 years old. If you think you are a good match for her, give us a call or email. She is a great and very easy keeper, we just want it to be the perfect match so she can continue to be happy and never fearful again! She has been fostered with a dog trainer and has really blossomed into a super easy going girl, come meet her anytime! She would love a home with another dog to help show her the way.
