Facts about Cherry

  • Breed: Kai Dog Mix
  • Color: Black
  • Age: Young
  • Size: Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
  • Sex: Female
Cherry was abandoned to a side of river when she is pregnant. We would like to rescue her before puppies are born, but puppies are born before the day we arrived, and we could not found puppies so we keep feeding Cherry for 5 weeks until puppies showed up. She and puppies are easy to be caught since she is sweet-temperament and close to people. We sent all puppies to good home and cured her heartworm, now she is staying in foster home to waiting for a true love. Although her way to happiness was hard and rough to walk on, she still keeps her trust for humans.

Cherry is a sweet girl, friendly to both human and dogs/cats. She is a mild, good-natured, sweet-tempered and intelligent dog. She is always smiling and loves to be cuddled. She is an absolutely a sweet girl, and anyone can touch her, even a stranger. She likes to play fetch, and very obedience, and very stable. She has good behaviors, no barking, and no chewing. She can be a good company for hiking and good at home too.

Taiwan Dog is still close to extinction but they not be cherished in Taiwan commonly. Leave a space in your house and your heart for sweet Cherry. Affection is something that she has been offering yet never rewarded. Help Cherry to have her "forever home", and you will have so much more love than you can imagine!

About H.A.R.A. | Happiness Animal Rescue Alliance

About Our Rescue Group...

| Who We Are |
H.A.R.A. is a Bay Area non-profit run entirely by a dedicated group of volunteers and foster homes. We are a rescue group extending our efforts to international rescue dogs, where help is urgently needed.

| What We Do |
We make a special effort to help dogs that have not been able to find homes, as well as older dogs, and dogs from tougher backgrounds, who have proven they are gentle, sociable, and ready for family-life.

| Why International Rescues? |
We believe that adopting a dog, is like adopting a human child. It does not matter where they were born, every dog deserves a chance at life and a loving home. There are dogs in urgent need, especially in parts of the world where animal cruelty laws are not in place, or enforced. We take extra care to ensure that our international rescues are not displacing local dogs in need, and that our international rescues meet all health guidelines upon entering the United States.

Meetings for local fosters may be set up in San Francisco, after an initial application and phone call.
