Here's what the humans have to say about me:
DOB June 7, 2006.
Ms. Maggie is sugar, spice, and everything nice. Maggie is polydactyl! That means she has extra toes, and because her feet are so fuzzy they look just like mittens.
This beautiful lady is a cuddle bug with just enough sass to remind you she's no one's fool! She loves to be pet, and will yell at you with her funny mrow that sounds like she's underwater until you pay attention to her. She's a low key lady who prefers lounging around and occasionally batting a catnip pouch to actively chasing anything.
Maggie has hyperthyroidism. She is on long term medication, which is inexpensive and she takes very well in her food, and her symptoms are easily managed with a good diet and regular grooming. She enjoys being brushed, but does not like having her hind legs touched. Her coat requires regular maintenance to keep it luxurious and soft.
Maggie has spent her time in her foster home with another cat and a small dog. There were no fights, but she wasn't friends with either of them - she likes having her own space so please be aware of that if you have other fur babies. She is an absolute delight and will make a wonderful addition to someone's home!
As mentioned before, she also has a cute unique meow. Here's a video of it: https://vimeo.com/173704618
Thank you for welcoming a senior cat into your family - an adoption fee of your choice is appreciated versus our standard adoption fee of $175.
