My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Amber is around 8 months old and will entertain you for hours with her high energy and playful terrier antics. She is somewhat of a doggie genius and what she doesn't already know, she will work hard to investigate. You can almost hear the little wheels turning in her head when she is trying to figure out how to get exactly what she wants. And exactly how to please! Amber needs a serious job to keep her engaged. This girl will need to go to an incredibly playful home with another established dog and a skilled adopter. This youngin’ is not hypoallergenic. In return you will find yourself smiling so much your face hurts and saying “Awwwww” at least 20 times a day! Are you the family Amber has been waiting for?

If you're interested in adopting this pet please fill out our matchmaking questionnaire at (www.rescuefromthehart.org). We are volunteer based and will do our best to get back to you within 72 hours. Please do not call as our phone is intended for emergencies only. If we feel that one of our dogs is a good match we will set up a private meet and greet. We do not have a physical location where you can come and meet all the dogs at once, so meet and greets may take a little time to coordinate. Our requested adoption donation is $300 and all adopters are required to fill out an adoption agreement.
