Minnie's Story...
Hello! I'm Minnie, a 1-yr-old Labrador Retriever/Doberman girl who is waiting for you to come and adopt me. I have to admit, I haven't had any training, not even housetraining, so I'm going to require a patient person to teach me the basics and then build from there! I CAN tell you this, though...my breed mixture is one of high intelligence and great personality! If you will crate train me, socialize and exercise me, and take me to Obedience Classes, I will become "SUPER COMPANION"! You will never regret one minute or one penny you spend! And you'll be the proudest owner of the BEST dog in the neighborhood...maybe even the whole county!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Minnie, a Walker Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Walker, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Walker.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Walker already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Walker breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Walker paves the way for another one to be saved.
