My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**we are no longer accepting applications for Gulliver at this time**

Gulliver is a beautiful dog with a personality to match. It's a mystery on what his breed is or if he's a mix - whatever it is, it's gorgeous! Gilliver weighs 26 lbs, has golden coloured eyes, amazing perfect white teeth, and is a smart & sweet dog.
Gulliver came to Happy Tails Rescue in June from Thailand where he was found as a street dog with another dog that he seemed bonded to. The spay/neuter clinic that found them realized they weren't street dogs by their demeanor. With some investigation it was found that the 2 dogs came from Europe with their owner who then left Thailand leaving the dogs to fend for themselves. Unfortunately, the other dog passed away but Gulliver was able to be put on a plane (thanks to the people that donated to his cause) and arrived in Canada last month. Gulliver almost immediately made himself at home in his foster home and enjoyed laying on a couch and jumped on the bed at night with a heavy contented sigh.
Gulliver rides wonderfully in a car, walks well on a leash, and seems to understand simple commands.....he's a smart smart dog!
Gulliver needs a home that can commit to him for 10+ years as he seems to be a young dog and deserves to feel secure and safe.

Gulliver's adoption fee is $375. He is neutered and up to date on vaccines. For an application contact Judianne@happytailsrescue.ca

**applicants must be in a 2 hr driving range from Toronto/Niagara area as we do home visits ourselves with our dogs.
