Gabby's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and good with cats.

Gabby's Story...
his beauty is a 2 to 3 year old tortoiseshell marked spayed female. Gabby was found with her four kittens hiding in a compost bin in an inner city neighborhood. She was a wonderful momma cat, doing a remarkable job under the circumstances. Gabby is a kind gentle soul who will make someone a wonderful companion animal. She seems to like other cats and adults. Gabby has become the "greeter" at her fosters' home and seeks attention from anyone! She has also taken over her fosters' bed as her comfort spot! If you are interested in meeting or adopting Gabby, please contact her foster, Judy D at 419-376-8078.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gabby, a Toledo Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Toledo, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Toledo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Toledo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Toledo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Toledo paves the way for another one to be saved.
