Shakira is a very easy going female pitbull. She is good with all size dogs and every person she has met so far. She is crate trained and seems to be fully house trained. She is a small pitty at only about 35lbs. She is under weight right now so she will probably be about 40lbs total.
She has a very calm attitude and seems to want to just be near people! She has hair loss from allergies but once that clears up she will have a beautifully soft grey/blue coat. Her ears were clipped rather poorly but please look past that at the beautiful sweet girl she is!
She was scheduled to be euthanized, but San Antonio Pets Alive! saved her and now they are helping her find the forever, loving home that she has never known.
She is currently located at San Antonio Pets Alive!, and is in a foster home. By adopting her, you not only give her a new leash on life; you also save the life of the additional dog who can be rescued from euthanasia and placed in foster care.
If you are interested in adopting, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with Pet name and ID#. Please allow us up to 24 hours to respond as all fosters work with us on a volunteer basis.
