Hi my name is Oscar! I am a 3 year old Beagle mix who came into the shelter as a stray. I have a big voice like a Beagle but the love and loyalty of a Lab. I love going on my walks with the volunteers and do well on the leash. I am active and love being around people. I am Heartworm positive but don't let that stop you from considering me for adoption! If my family doesn't reclaim me, I will be available for adoption on 7/13/16.
