My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Gracie, the practically perfect pup! She is a bit of a lowrider, with a heart of gold, and the perfect mix of cuddle bug and energy. She never meets a pup or a person she doesn’t like, and inevitably wins all to her. Whenever she meets a new person, she quickly offers her belly for a special rub before moving forward with getting to know them. She loves adults and children alike, and she currently is fostered with 2 larger dogs, so she is accustomed to other sizes. Of course a rough bigger dog could easily overpower her, but she does awesome with the big mellow ones in her foster home. A pup of her comparable size, age, and energy level would be a great match. She is approximately 3 yrs of age, and 35 lbs of joy, love, and happiness.

She loves to take car rides, and does awesome on short or longer trips. She is house and crate trained, and has never had an accident in her crate. She does wonderfully on a leash, but with her shorter legs, she might not be able to keep pace with a hard lengthy run. She is fostered indoors, and she loves laying on the back of the sofa so she can look outside. She also loves her outside time as long as it’s inside a fence, and on hot (or cold) days, she likes laying just inside so she can still see into her back yard. She doesn't live with cats, so it’s unknown how she would react, but she is very interested in the bunnies and squirrels just outside her fencing. Gracie would be an awesome addition to any home, and would love you beyond explanation. She just wants some time, love, and oh yes, some belly rubs.

She is spayed. Microchipped. Up to date on vaccines. Heartworm negative and on prevention. and on flea prevention.
