Bud's Story...
Hey there! My name is Bud. I am about 4 years old, and the shelter staff believe I am a wonderful mix of pit and border collie. I am a sweet boy who loves going for walks, squeaky toys, and treats. The shelter staff has not observed me around cats yet, nor have I played with other dogs since coming in. I would love to find a forever home with an active family who will love me and provide me with a safe place to live. Won't you stop by and meet me?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bud, a Chino Valley American Pit Bull Terrier/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier/Border Collie for sale in Chino Valley, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Chino Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chino Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chino Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier/Border Collie breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chino Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
