Hello! My name is Charlie! I was brought to the shelter in 2016 with my brother Reese when some nice people found us on the street. I have only ever known the outside world so I am very scared of people. I would love to find a forever home where someone can give me all the time I need to come out of my shell and who can help me come out of my shell.
