We take the re-homing of our rescued rabbits very seriously. Time is needed to make sure the adopter is fully aware of what it takes to properly care for a house rabbit.
Please do your research to be sure that a rabbit is the right house pet for you.
Remember, like cats and dogs, rabbits are an 8 to 12 year commitment.
Our names are Digger and Dozer, we were born in the Animal Shelter on 2/1/42/014 . The animal shelters don't allow lil bitty babies to stay there. So unless someone rescues us they will kill us just cuz we are too little to adopt out. Our rescue mommy came and saved us, our 6 brothers, sisters and momma too! And though we love our rescue momma, we really want a home of our own and she said it's time we had one. We are nice friendly bunnies, we are bonded brothers and must stay together. We like to play with our toys and use our litter box. Digger is a lil shyer than me and that's why having a home of our own will be the bestest thing ever. We will get to know you and you will get to know us and we can love each other forevers.
Q. How much do they cost?
A. Adoption Fess are $65.00 for a single rabbit and $120.00 for a bonded pair.
Q. Is he/she good with kids?
A. Young children and rabbits are not a good mix. Rabbits are fragile and can easily be injured resulting in costly vet bills or worse. Rabbits also scratch and bite if agitated.
Q. We need this bunny right away, how long will it take?
A. If you need a bunny right away we will assume it is for a gift.
Live animals do not make good gifts, especially for a child.
