Hunter's Story...
Well, hi there! My name is Hunter and I am pleased as punch that you've taken time to meet me today. I am one sweet cat and, much like my name would lead you to think, I like to "hunt"... TOYS that is!! I am also quite the "looker" as you can see. I've got lovely marbled markings are deep, longing eyes. Not to shabby, right? I am here at MaxFund looking for my perfect forever home. No one around here can imagine whatever could have brought me here, as I am the complete cat package - looks, brains, and personality. Stop your search because I have got it all. As I mentioned. I like to play and I will hunt down all manner of toys. Feather wands are my favorite. I also enjoy resting in the sun and peering out of windows. I do hope that when you invite me to join your family I will get to roam your house, happy and free. While I am not outgoing with the other cats here, I do tolerate them fairly well and, given the right circumstances, I may be able to live happily with another calm animal. We cats are much like you humans, it's all about the right environment! I do hope that you are looking for a companion that is both gentle and playful, because I fit that bill perfectly. You will see for yourself when you visit me. I really like treats and can be won over pretty easily with a tasty nibble. How does tomorrow sound for our first date? I've marked it on my calendar and will be waiting for you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hunter, a Denver Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Denver, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
