Winnipeg is one of three puppies recently arrived in his foster home after rescue from a breeding situation where he lost more than half of his tail and suffered damage to both back feet due to trauma and infection. Even though he's had a tough start in life, this boy has shown he's made of the right stuff and will overcome his injuries. Winnipeg seems to be drawn to foster dad and loves to get belly rubs from him.
