Tayana in TX's Story...

Hi, my name is Tayana! My foster mom calls me that, and a bunch of other names - like Ana, TyTy, AnaBUTT, hahahaha. You see, I used to be in a dirty place, having lots of puppies, but Col. Potter rescued me from all of that. Now I love life and everything is new and different. I get lots to eat, have play buddies, have clean beds, and lots of love from my foster mom. She only calls me AnaBUTT when I do something she'd rather I didn't. I want to be involved in everything she does, so when she lays something down, sometimes I will steal it and run away. I have such fun when she's chasing me and foster mom laughs, too. I play with toys, but mostly love sitting in foster mom's lap. She pets and pets me, telling me how good it is that I get along with the other dogs here, both boys and girls. She said she's proud of me for learning to........ Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tayana in TX, a Fort Worth Cairn Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cairn Terrier for sale in Fort Worth, or seeking a Cairn Terrier dog from a breeder in Fort Worth.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Worth already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Worth breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cairn Terrier breeders who help with Cairn Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Worth paves the way for another one to be saved.
