COUGAR IN AZ's Story...

Cougar is ready for his forever home. This boy is very sweet. He loves his people and likes to be with them. He will give you the best kisses too. He gets along well with his foster sister and brothers. We notice he is starting to play with toys, and run outside when the others do. He likes to go for walks and does well on a leash. He is all Cairn with a strong prey drive, and stubborn. Because of his strong prey drive, no cats or other small animals should be around. He moves fast and jumps high. Don't let this guy get away from you. Put in your application now!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

COUGAR IN AZ, a Fort Worth Cairn Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cairn Terrier for sale in Fort Worth, or seeking a Cairn Terrier dog from a breeder in Fort Worth.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Worth already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Worth breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cairn Terrier breeders who help with Cairn Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Worth paves the way for another one to be saved.
