Here Kitty Kitty is here! This adorable girl is almost too good to be true. Kitty loves attention (especially belly rubs) and gives you kisses in return. She LOVES to go on walks, especially when she can meet new people and get some scritches and belly rubs. Kitty doesn't yet play with the resident Cairns, but everyone is getting along nicely. At first Kitty would growl if they got too close to her food or toys, but she learned quickly that was unacceptable. Kitty likes to play with toys and carries her favorite frog around in her mouth, squeaking it occasionally. Kitty has beautiful house manners. She is housebroken and doesn't inappropriately chew up or destroy items. She knows 'sit' - especially for cheese. She loves to be with her people and will follow you around the house. But don't let her fool you - she is ALL Cairn! She has a strong prey drive, which unfortunately includes the resident cat. Kitty also wants to run out the front door so we have to keep it gated and be extra mindful of where she is. Here Kitty Kitty is truly a doll baby. It is so hard to reconcile the fact that this beautiful, fun, loving, active girl ended up at a shelter, through no fault of her own, and was about to be euthanized. Yes, she was IN the room when the call came from a Col. Potter volunteer that we could take her. If Here Kitty Kitty sounds like the one for you, you better get your application in quick! Kitty is spayed, up-to-date on all her shots and heartworm negative.
