Clotho is a Greek goddess. She is one of the Three Fates and is in charge of spinning the thread of each new life. It's a fitting name since she is now busy spinning the thread of her new life! Clotho is 5 years old and spent her prior life in a commercial breeding facility. She weighs about 11 pounds but is working on putting on another couple of pounds. Clotho is spayed, heartworm negative and up to date on all her vaccinations. She is housebroken, and quickly learned that the quicker she did her business, the quicker she could come in out of the cold. Clotho still gets startled at new things, but is starting to come out of her shell. She had a wonderful wrestling match with a towel and beat the tar out of a stuffed toy. Clotho is not fond of being picked up, but once she's on your lap, she melts like ice cream on a hot July day! The other dogs in her foster home intimidate Clotho, but they are both bigger breeds and very exuberant, so it makes sense. This is all very new to her so we're working on basic confidence issues, but as the thread of Clotho's new life takes form, she is going to become a hot commodity.
