Attention! Captain Carter, CP# 3258, reporting for duty! Actually, I am recuperating in the Cairn Officer Retirement Home as I get used to a nutritious diet and recover from 13 (yes 13!) tooth extractions from a very neglected mouth. I only have 4 left, so my mouth is very sore and it will take some time for it to fully heal. Don't worry, I can still eat kibble!
My owner passed away and nobody in the family wanted me so I ended up in a shelter. Col. Potter heard about a fellow officer in need and I was rescued! I am very happy in spite of the healing mouth and a fused ankle caused by an old, untreated injury. I limp a little, but I can walk with the best of the infantry! Right now, I am slowly transitioning to being cared for with a good diet, since I should ......
