Annan in NE's Story...
Ms. Annan has been with us for a weeks and she is coming along nicely. We are working on potty training and she's doing very well. There have been some accidents but the poor girl didn't know the schedule yet. She is catching on very quickly though! She also walks easily on a leash. She loves her kibble and treats, and she's just a bit on the fluffy side weight-wise, so we are working on that too. In just 2 weeks we are getting her girlish figure toned up already. Annan has a sweet little doll face and her nickname of Annie fits her so well.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Annan in NE, a Topeka Cairn Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cairn Terrier for sale in Topeka, or seeking a Cairn Terrier dog from a breeder in Topeka.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Topeka already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Topeka breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cairn Terrier breeders who help with Cairn Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Topeka paves the way for another one to be saved.
