'Festive Four' - Angel's Story...

Say hi to one of the last of our Festive Four - Angel! She is almost identical to her siblings and one of the only 2 of the original 4 kittens left.  She is about 12 weeks old now (as of 12/15) and are some of the friendliest, most affectionate kittens around. She is kid tested & dog approved. Like her brothers and sisters she wants to be with their people all the time and won't let a lap go vacant. If you are looking for a real snuggler, you have found your kitty. Angel is ready to go to her forever home just in time for New Years!

You can meet Angel at the Petco in Pembroke Pines, or you can email us for more information at  adoption@smittenwithkittens.net. Angel has been spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

'Festive Four' - Angel, a Tallahassee Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Tallahassee, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Tallahassee.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tallahassee already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tallahassee breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tallahassee paves the way for another one to be saved.
