Tink's Story...
Think Tink

Adorable gray and white kitten girl here only 9 weeks old (as of 8/11/13).  My sweetness will melt your heart, my cuddliness will act like fairy dust will make you so happy you almost believe you can fly!  I did have a home, but they were allergic and the kill shelter I came from would not take me back, so luckily for me SWK said they would watch over me while I found a new home.  I am so happy to be here but really want my own family.  Are you ready for this tiny bundle of joy to arrive in your life and make it happier?  I am ready!  I am good at all the kitten things too like playing with other kitties, with people and have impeccable litter-box manners too.  Oh, and I have something called a microchip which will help you find me if we are ever separated. Not that we will be, I will love you far too much to ever leave.  So come by and see me and fall in love!

You can meet Tink at the Flagler Petsmart in Miami.  She has been spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, tested negative for FIV/FeLV and is current on her flea preventative.   Email us at  for more information.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tink, a Tallahassee Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Tallahassee, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Tallahassee.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tallahassee already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tallahassee breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tallahassee paves the way for another one to be saved.
