Young phoebe was dumped on side of road along with her 4 puppies and 2 other mamas.
She's pretty shy and timid; but has definitely warmed up to her foster mom and dad.
Her foster mom says She wags her tail and puts her front legs on my legs when I come home, she can be wary of new people but that's more likely due to experiencing very little positive human contact, however as time goes on she's becoming more trusting and confident.
She was fearful of coming inside. But has definitely gotten better! She even sleeps in our bed now! She still prefers outside a lot of the day. She's very sweet natured and loves to cuddle next to you on the couch or will lay at your feet.
