Layla's Story...
Hiya! My name is Layla. My rescue friends have no idea what breed I am besides that I am ADORABLE!! I weight about 25lbs! I have the cutest under-bite you have ever seen. Also my fur is a beautiful light brown color, soft, and thick. I am doing so great in my foster home but am ready for my forever home. I really enjoy playing with my "skin" siblings and having my toe nails painted pink. What other color is fit for a princess? I am spayed, up to date on shots, on heart worm and flea prevention, and microchipped. Will you be my forever family?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Layla, a Arlington Chesapeake Bay Retriever/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chesapeake Bay Retriever/Chihuahua for sale in Arlington, or seeking a Chesapeake Bay Retriever/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Arlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Arlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Arlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chesapeake Bay Retriever/Chihuahua breeders who help with Chesapeake Bay Retriever/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Arlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
