Scarlett is a smiling, happy go lucky girl. At just a year old, this optimistic lady has overcome so much already! After being hit by a car, Scarlett lost her ability to walk. We weren’t sure if she would be able to recover, but after hip surgery, she is able to get around just fine! She’s a little wobbly, but can run and play with the best of them! Scarlett has no idea she was ever injured! She isn’t disabled, she is different-abled (and she still has no clue, so don’t tell her) ;)
This snuggly girl enjoys her squeaky toys, chasing squirrels and getting all the attention. She absolutely loves being outdoors and is dog friendly. Since she still is a bit of a puppy, she can be a bit mouthy during play so would need to be monitored with tiny children, but she loves her older foster sister! Scarlett is a smart girl, too. She is learning sit and has pretty much mastered housebreaking, even with her previous injuries.
Scarlett is an overall joyful dog to be around. She brings laughter and love everywhere she goes, and we know her family is out there waiting for her! If you think Scarlett’s FURever could be spent with you, apply below!
